Woodland View is a private, 4 star, one bedroom self-catering home within the main farm house building. Elm Park Farm has no other holiday units, so guests are guaranteed exclusive access to the land and facilities. A dedicated pathway leads straight from the private parking space to the visitor’s own garden and separate entrance.
Downstairs:
- Fully fitted, well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer and freezer
- Private garden and patio area with furniture, BBQ and views across Dartmoor
Upstairs:
- Large, comfortable lounge with TV and DVD player
- Double bedroom with choice of superking or twin beds (a cot can be provided on request)
- Shower room (towels and bedding are provided)
- Full central heating
